The Eximietas Journey

Q4 2023 — Founding Eximietas

Eximietas Design was founded by Jay Avula with a vision to build a world-class engineering company spanning Silicon, Systems, and Intelligence.

A core leadership team that had worked together across multiple successful ventures joined during the founding phase, bringing deep expertise across semiconductor design, embedded systems, AI platforms, operations, and global customer delivery.

Q1 2024 — Building the Foundation
  • Achieved ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 certification
  • Established scalable engineering, operational, and information security processes to support global customer engagements

This phase laid the groundwork for Eximietas’ long-term vision of combining deep engineering excellence with disciplined execution and scalable global delivery.

Q2 2024 — Launch of Silicon & Systems Operations

Following the completion of leadership non-compete obligations from prior engagements, Eximietas formally launched business operations across Silicon Engineering, Embedded Systems and Validation & Production Engineering

Q3 2024 — Scaling Execution Globally
  • Expanded engineering operations across multiple sites in India and the United States

Q1 2025 — Building a High-Performance Culture

Eximietas was recognized as a Great Place To Work (GPTW) Certified organization, reflecting the company’s early focus on building a high-trust, high-performance engineering culture.

Q2 2025 — Advancing into Full-Chip Programs
  • Initiated full-chip design engagements for complex SoC programs
  • Expanded capabilities across architecture, RTL design, verification, firmware, emulation, FPGA prototyping, and post-silicon validation
  • Strengthened end-to-end semiconductor execution capabilities spanning concept-to-silicon realization

This phase represented a major milestone in Eximietas’ evolution into a comprehensive semiconductor engineering and execution partner.

Q1 2026 — Expanding into Intelligence & Advanced Platforms
  • Secured the first major customer engagements in the Digital & Intelligence division
  • Introduced the initial AI Accelerators portfolio spanning Silicon, Systems, and Digital engineering domains
  • Established an in-house Systems Lab for platform bring-up, validation, integration, and FPGA-based prototyping of intelligent edge solutions utilizing AI tiles

This phase strengthened Eximietas’ positioning across next-generation intelligent systems and AI-enabled product engineering.

Q2 2026 — Crossing 1000 Engineers

Eximietas crossed the milestone of 1000+ engineers globally within a remarkably short period of time.
This milestone reflected the company’s rapid growth across semiconductor engineering, embedded systems, intelligent platforms, and digital transformation programs.
