Job Title: Senior Technical Leader – Analog/Mixed-Signal (AMS) & High-Speed Interface Design

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Leader – Analog/Mixed-Signal (AMS) & High-Speed Interface Design to lead the architecture, design, and development of next-generation high-speed silicon solutions. In this role, you will work closely with architecture, digital, verification, packaging, and system teams to deliver world-class products while providing strong technical leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex Analog/Mixed-Signal (AMS) blocks for high-speed systems.
- Architect and implement high-speed interfaces such as SerDes, D2D, Chiplet Interconnects, or similar technologies.
- Drive designs from concept through silicon bring-up, validation, and production.
- Collaborate with architecture, digital design, verification, physical design, packaging, and system engineering teams.
- Own key technical decisions related to performance, power, signal integrity, reliability, and robustness.
- Analyze and optimize analog and mixed-signal circuits for speed, power, area, and performance.
- Mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, design reviews, and best engineering practices.
- Support silicon debug, characterization, and root-cause analysis during product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design.
- Strong expertise in Analog/Mixed-Signal circuit design, including RX/TX, PLL/CDR, Equalization, Clocking, Data Converters, and related analog IPs.
- Extensive experience with high-speed interfaces such as SerDes, UCIe, PCIe, Ethernet, Memory Interfaces, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, jitter, noise analysis, and system-level trade-offs.
- Experience with advanced semiconductor process nodes and modern analog design methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering silicon from design through production.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Chiplet architectures, Die-to-Die (D2D) interfaces, or advanced packaging technologies.
- Experience in mmWave or RF circuit design.
- Hands-on experience in silicon bring-up, lab validation, characterization, and debugging.
- Knowledge of advanced signal integrity and power integrity analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional global engineering teams.
- Ability to drive technical innovation while mentoring and developing engineering talent.
- Experience with scripting or automation using Python, SKILL, or Perl is an added advantage.
